We eat lunch in the classroom. Before we start we say grace. Other classes have to say it in Thai, but we say grace in English. One of the students wrote it:
"Thank you for the farmers. Thank you for the cooks. Thank you for the teachers who look after us. And thank you for the delicious food. We thank you, thank you, thank you."
After we have eaten, the students on duty take the plates and waste food down to the kitchen. We have our own spoons and forks which the duty students wash and bring back up to the classroom.
